The University of Essex is looking to establish an Energy Management Solutions Dynamic Market under the Procurement Act 2023 for the provision of utility supplies, net zero, energy management and infrastructure solutions across the United Kingdom. The Dynamic Market will provide eligible contracting authorities and their agents, and any other organisation permitted by the Contracting Authority (hereafter known as Participating Bodies) with a flexible and compliant route to procure such supplies, services and works. The scope, structure and specification of the dynamic market includes the following categories: 1. Electricity and Gas Supply, Procurement and Contract Management, including licensed supply, procurement support, contract management and import and export arrangements. 2.
