Subscriptions
- Cancel any time from your account page (Billing). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Bidlark subscriptions are for businesses and organisations (including sole traders buying for their trade), not consumers, so the 14-day consumer cancellation period doesn't apply. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law.
Bidlark plans
Payments aren't refundable: the 14-day free trial is the way to try Bidlark before you pay. If something goes wrong on our side, we fix it. If a payment is ever refunded in full, or a card payment is disputed and the dispute is decided against us, the plan it paid for ends straight away, so you won't be charged again. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends: your tracked notices, saved answers and drafts stay in your account to view and download.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Once we've sent a refund, it normally shows on your statement within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
